Iced Shaken Espresso Honey Oatmilk Latte Starbucks Copycat

This recipe is a mashup of Starbucks’ honey oatmilk latte and shaken brown sugar espresso.

Elements

For the latte

    espresso
    (Nespresso Vertuo Bianco Leggero or Unique Line Chiaro work nicely!)

    honey
  • 1

    sizzling water
  • 1
    cup
    oat milk barista
    (I exploit Earth’s Personal Barista Oat Milk)
  • 2-3
    cubes
    ice

For toppings:

  • 1
    pinch
    brown sugar
  • 1
    pinch
    salt

Directions

For the latte:

  1. Pour your oat milk into your milk frother and set it to chilly foam. (Be aware: to make a sizzling latte as a substitute, select sizzling foam)

  2. Spoon a teaspoon of honey (kind of if desired) into your mason jar.

  3. Add a splash of sizzling water and stir (this makes a fast honey syrup that can incorporate into the drink nicely).

  4. Brew your espresso shot(s) into the mason jar.
